Who is Bill LaBelle?

I am a graduate of Mount Desert Island High School, have an Associate Degree in Science "Plants and Soils – Landscape Design and Construction" from the University of Maine at Orono. I have spent the last 30+ years doing Septic System Designs / Preliminary Soil Tests and routinely attend applicable seminars and workshops to stay current. While attending college I worked as a Gardener / Caretaker on a Private Estate, after college I worked as a builder, then worked with Bangor Hydro Electric Company where I did Real Estate Acquisitions and Survey work. While working with Bangor Hydro, I started and operated my Septic Design business on a part time basis and eventually full time. Being a lifelong resident of Eastern Maine and having worked around the real estate and construction trade my entire life, coupled with my vast experience with Septic Systems, Septic Design and Soil Testing enable me to provide my clients with the service they require and can trust.

I service all of Hancock, Washington and Penobscot Counties, but will travel beyond those counties. I look forward to working with you on your upcoming project with any of the services you see listed on this website and offer free estimates.

During my free time I love the outdoors, and fishing is just one of my hobbies. Notice the 30 to 35 pound King Salmon in my picture. Lots of fun on a fly fishing rod!
